Purpose: To report clinical course of a patient with cancer-associated retinopathy (CAR) medicated by steroid therapy, focusing on retinal degeneration progression.

Purpose: Pregabalin binds to the α2-δ1/α2-δ2 subunits of the voltage-gated L-type calcium channel (LTCC), which is expressed in rod/cone photoreceptor terminals. The purpose of this report was to describe electroretinographic abnormalities associated with pregabalin treatment.
