Background: The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the newly discovered SARS-CoV-2 virus. Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 experience several complications including hypertension or elevated blood pressure which is a serious medical condition that significantly increases the risks of heart, brain, and kidney diseases.
Objectives: To assess the prevalence and control of hypertension in COVID-19 patients.
Early detection of colorectal carcinoma (CRC), one of the most prevalent forms of cancer worldwide, significantly enhances the prognosis of patients. This research presents a new method for improving CRC detection using a deep learning ensemble with the Computer Aided Diagnosis (CADx). The method involves combining pre-trained convolutional neural network (CNN) models, such as ADaRDEV2I-22, DaRD-22, and ADaDR-22, using Vision Transformers (ViT) and XGBoost.

While there is no cure, early detection can facilitate treatments to slow its progression. Deep learning (DL) significantly enhances AD detection by analyzing brain imaging data to identify early biomarkers, improving diagnostic accuracy and predicting disease progression more precisely than traditional methods.

Diagnosis of neonatal sepsis may be difficult because the clinical presentations are often nonspecific. Neonatal sepsis may have an early onset (zero to three days) or a late onset (four days or later).

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among the general population in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from September 2022 to October, 2022 via a virtual survey to evaluate the practices, and attitudes of the general population towards COVID-19. A stratified random sampling technique was applied to collect the sample with inclusion criteria for all individuals who are Arabic language speakers using social media platforms.
Background: Arabic is spoken as a native language by more than 400 million people worldwide. However, there is no specific Arabic language instrument to measure stoma-related quality of life.
Purpose: This study was designed to assess the validity and reliability of the City of Hope-quality of life-Ostomy Questionnaire (COH-QOL-OQ) Arabic version.
Paramedics working on a rotating shift are at an increased risk of developing chronic health issues due to continuous circadian rhythm disruption. The acute effects of shift rotation and objectively measured sleep have rarely been reported in paramedics. This study investigated the relationships between a rotating shift schedule and sleep (using actigraphy), subjective reports of sleepiness, mood, stress and fatigue.

Shift work has been linked to a number of health issues such as insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Besides shift work, Saudi paramedics, a group that has not been investigated for sleep or mental health issues previously, may be facing more demands than Australian paramedics due to lower numbers of paramedics in comparison to the general population.

Design: A cross-sectional study.
Settings: Cross-sectional survey.
