The present study evaluated the performance of newly developed pancreatin-cetylpyridinium chloride (pancreatin-CPC) digestion and decontamination method (DDM) with N-acetyl L-Cysteine-sodium hydroxide (NALC-NaOH) DDM for isolation of Mycobacteria from clinically suspected pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients.
