Dataset for the physio-chemical parameters of groundwater in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This dataset considers the statistical evaluation of groundwater quality for irrigation purposes in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The evaluation is based on calculating Irrigation Water Quality Index (IWQI), Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR), Sodium Percentage (%Na), and Permeability Index (PI). The article represents raw data and statistical analysis for 145 groundwater well samples which took place from January until April 2018, where each sample was analyzed for the following main physio-chemical parameters including pH, EC, HCO , TDS, Ca, Mg, Na, K, and Cl.

[Angiogenesis in bone marrow of myelodysplastic syndrome patients].

Introduction: Angiogenesis is an element of physiological and some pathological processes. Recently various investigators have reported that angiogenesis is associated not only with solid tumors but also with hematological malignancies.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess angiogenesis in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes.

[Extramedullary plasmacytoma of the head and neck].

The aim of this review was to present plasma cell neoplasms, their development, common features and classification. Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) is a most often plasma cell neoplasm in the head and neck. 80-90% EMP cases concern to head and neck: 40% nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, about 20% nasopharynx, 18% oropharynx.

[Sporadic Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) with stomach involvement associated with Helicobacter pylori infection--case report and literature review].

Unlabelled: Extranodal lymphomas represent up to 40% of all lymphomas and their prevalence is still increasing. Sporadic BL is rare. It occurs mainly in young men and is associated with viral infection in only about 30% of cases.
