This case report describes a localized gingival recession on the labial of tooth # 6 caused by the nasal mask of a C-PAP (Continuous Positive Air Pressure) machine. The patient was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Treatment consisted of night-time use of a C-PAP machine.

A case of trigeminal neuralgia (tic douloureux) presenting in a 13-month-old patient is reported. The patient was successfully treated by microvascular decompression of the trigeminal nerve. A brief review of trigeminal neuralgia precedes the case report.

The purpose of this study was to clinically evaluate the effect of citric acid on re-attachment and re-adaptation in conjunction with periodontal surgery. A split-mouth design was used in 10 patients involving 30 quadrants of surgery. A total of 120 teeth were treated.
