Developing active-layer systems with both high performance and mechanical robustness is a crucial step towards achieving future commercialization of flexible and stretchable organic solar cells (OSCs). Herein, we design and synthesize a series of acceptors BTA-C6, BTA-E3, BTA-E6, and BTA-E9, featuring the side chains of hexyl, and 3, 6, and 9 carbon-chain with ethyl ester end groups respectively. Benefiting from suitable phase separation and vertical phase distribution, the PM6:BTA-E3-based OSCs processed by o-xylene exhibit lower energy loss and improved charge transport characteristic and achieve a power conversion efficiency of 19.

Identifying and quantifying the dominant factors influencing heavy metal (HM) pollution sources are essential for maintaining soil ecological health and implementing effective pollution control measures. This study analyzed soil HM samples from 53 different land use types in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China. Pollution sources were identified using Absolute Principal Component Score (APCS), with 8 anthropogenic factors, 9 natural factors, and 4 soil physicochemical properties mapped using Geographic Information System (GIS) kernel density estimation.

Objective: This study aimed to identify factors influencing the prognosis of children with severe pneumonia (SP) after fiberoptic bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).

Methods: The clinical data of 155 children with SP treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopic BAL at Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. Children were categorized into the survival group (n = 122) and the death group (n = 33) according to their clinical outcomes within 28 days after treatment.
