Objective: Synthesize qualitative research to explore post-treatment cancer survivors' social reintegration experience.
Methods: We conducted a meta-synthesis that included studies on all types of cancer. There were no restrictions on article age or location of the studies, provided they met the inclusion criteria.
Background: Esophageal cancer (ECa) is one of the most deadly cancers, with increasing incidence worldwide and poor prognosis. While endoscopy is recommended for the detection of ECa in high-risk individuals, it is not suitable for large-scale screening due to its invasiveness and inconvenience.
Methods: In this study, a novel gene methylation panel was developed for a blood-based test, and its diagnostic efficacy was evaluated using a cohort of 304 participants (203 cases, 101 controls).

Porous thermal insulating ceramics play a pivotal role in both industrial processes and daily life by offering effective insulation solutions that reduce energy consumption, enhance building comfort, and contribute to the sustainability of industrial production. This review offers a comprehensive examination of porous thermal insulating ceramics produced by 3D printing, providing an in-depth analysis of various 3D printing techniques and materials used to produce porous ceramics, detailing the fabrication processes, advantages, and limitations of these methods. Recent advances in 3D printed porous thermal insulating ceramics are thoroughly examined, with a particular focus on pore structure design and optimization strategies for high-performance thermal insulation.

Methods: Consensus clustering was performed to identify the subgroups with distinct immune or mA modification patterns using profiles from TCGA. A risk score model was constructed using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression and validated in two independent cohorts and LUAD tissue microarrays.
The application value of mechanical thrombectomy (MT) in acute large-vessel occlusion cerebral infarction has been confirmed, but considering the poor prognosis of large-core infarction (LCI), the current guidelines and practices are based on anterior circulation small-core infarction. Reducing the perioperative complications of thrombectomy in LCIs is the key to saving more patients previously considered unsuitable for thrombectomy. Patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction who were admitted to Suining Central Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2022 to December 2023 and whose Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Score value was 3-5 (the score range was 0-10, and the lower the score was, the larger the infarct area) or whose infarct core volume was ≥70 mL and who received MT were enrolled consecutively.
