Background: Glucose deprivation inhibits T-cell metabolism and function. Glucose levels are low in the tumor microenvironment of solid tumors and insufficient glucose uptake limits the antitumor response of T cells. Furthermore, glucose restriction can contribute to the failure of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy for solid tumors.

Proper regulation of the source-sink relationship is an effective way to increase crop yield. Gibberellin (GA) is an important regulator of plant growth and development, and physiological evidence has demonstrated that GA can promote source-sink sucrose partitioning. However, the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear.

Nanomaterials that engage in well-defined and tunable interactions with proteins are pivotal for the development of advanced applications. Achieving a precise molecular-level understanding of nano-bio interactions is essential for establishing these interactions. However, such an understanding remains challenging and elusive.

Background: Oral microbiome homeostasis is important for children's health, and microbial community is affected by anesthetics. The application of anesthetics in children's oral therapy has become a relatively mature method. This study aims to investigate the effect of different anesthesia techniques on children's oral microbiota.

Background: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is the most common liver condition during pregnancy, associated with adverse outcomes for both mother and fetus. While inflammatory markers are important predictors in oncology and cardiovascular disease, their role in ICP remains unclear. This study investigates changes in platelet parameters and blood-derived inflammatory markers around the onset of ICP and evaluates their potential as independent risk factors.
