Herein, we present a copper-catalyzed, three-component intermolecular 1,4-alkylarylation of 1,3-enynes with ethers and aryl boronic acids. This method, driven by α-C(sp)-H functionalization of the oxygen atom in ethers, regioselectively produces various tetrasubstituted allenes from simple, readily available precursors. Key features include mild reaction conditions and a simple catalytic system.

The study of inflammatory response in SLE monocytes is not very clear, and exploring the inflammatory factors of monocytes is beneficial to discover new diagnostic targets.
Results: Using scRNA-seq technology, we obtained the quantitative changes in circulating immune cells and various cellular immune metabolic profiles between SLE patients and healthy volunteers.
Background: Chemotherapy-induced nausea and/or vomiting (CINV) is an intractable adverse effect of anticancer drugs. Although prophylactic use of fosaprepitant may be effective in reducing CINV, there is a lack of studies evaluating the application of fosaprepitant in real world.
Aims And Methods: This study prospectively observed the effectiveness and safety for the prophylaxis of CINV in a real-world clinical setting.
Background: We conducted the meta-analysis to compare the therapeutic effects of total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT) based on short-course radiotherapy followed by consolidation chemotherapy (SCRT/CCT) and long-course chemoradiotherapy (LCCRT) for locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) according to certain significant randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Methods: The researchers retrieved several databases, including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library, to collect all the relevant literature published since the establishment of the databases until July 30, 2024, and then screened to determine the qualified literature and extracted the relevant information. Finally, RevMan 5.
The aircraft smart skin (ASS) with structural health monitoring capabilities is a promising technology. It enables the real-time acquisition of the aircraft's structural health status and service environment, thereby improving the performance of the aircraft and ensuring the safety of its operation, which in turn reduces maintenance costs. In this paper, a miniaturized and ultra-low-power wireless multi-parameter monitoring system (WMPMS) for ASS is developed, which is capable of monitoring multiple parameters of an aircraft, including random impact events, vibration, temperature, humidity, and air pressure.
