Background: The etiology of status epilepticus (SE) in Tibet has not yet been reported. We aimed to establish the etiological baseline of SE in the Tibet Autonomous Region in China and compare it with a SE cohort from a regional neuroscience centre in Sichuan, Southwestern China to reveal whether there was a unique etiology distribution in the Tibetan region.

Methods: We retrospectively captured clinical data of patients diagnosed with SE in the People's Hospital of Xizang Autonomous Region from January 2015 to December 2020.

The Physics-informed Neural Network (PINN) has been a popular method for solving partial differential equations (PDEs) due to its flexibility. However, PINN still faces challenges in characterizing spatio-temporal correlations when solving parametric PDEs due to network limitations. To address this issue, we propose a Physics-Informed Neural Implicit Flow (PINIF) framework, which enables a meshless low-rank representation of the parametric spatio-temporal field based on the expressiveness of the Neural Implicit Flow (NIF), enabling a meshless low-rank representation.

Abalone is an economically important mollusk, whose slow growth has impeded the recovery of its wild populations and development of aquaculture. The three-way cross hybrid abalone ((♀ × ♂)♀ × ♂, DF × SS) demonstrated notable diversity in growth traits across the population with genetic differentiation, offering a model for exploring the molecular mechanisms of abalone growth. In this study, a total of 89 SNPs and 97 candidate genes were identified to be associated with growth-related traits of abalone using whole-genome resequencing and a genome-wide association study (GWAS) analysis.
