Hundreds of 90-s iEEG records are typically captured from each NeuroPace RNS System patient between clinic visits. While these records provide invaluable information about the patient's electrographic seizure and interictal activity patterns, manually classifying them into electrographic seizure/non-seizure activity, and manually identifying the seizure onset channels and times is an extremely time-consuming process. A convolutional neural network based Electrographic Seizure Classifier (ESC) model was developed in an earlier study.

Methods: The Young and Strong Study was a cluster-randomized trial evaluating education and support interventions for young women (age <45 years) with newly diagnosed breast cancer. Sites were randomized 1:1 to a Young Women's Intervention (YWI) or a contact-time control physical activity intervention (PAI).
Background: The combination of paclitaxel to platinum remains the backbone of therapy in patients with advanced Mullerian tumors. In patients with newly diagnosed Mullerian tumors, we investigated the progression-free survival benefit of bevacizumab and bevacizumab and erlotinib as consolidation therapy post-induction therapy.
Methods: Sixty patients were enrolled in a phase II trial of carboplatin, paclitaxel, and bevacizumab (induction therapy).
