[Treatment of lichen planus mucosae with vitamin A acid derivatives].

27 patients with lichen planus mucosae or erosive lichen planus mucosae were treated with two vitamin A acid derivatives, 13-cis-retinoic acid or an aroumatic retinoid. 20 patients were definitively improved or healed. The treatment was especially effective in erosive lesions of the oral mucous membrane.
