Aims: The aims of this study were to develop an automatic system capable of calculating four radiological measurements used in the diagnosis and monitoring of cerebral palsy (CP)-related hip disease, and to demonstrate that these measurements are sufficiently accurate to be used in clinical practice.

Methods: We developed a machine-learning system to automatically measure Reimer's migration percentage (RMP), acetabular index (ACI), head shaft angle (HSA), and neck shaft angle (NSA). The system automatically locates points around the femoral head and acetabulum on pelvic radiographs, and uses these to calculate measurements.

Background: This article presents the Container Profiler, a software tool that measures and records the resource usage of any containerized task. Our tool profiles the CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization of containerized tasks collecting over 60 Linux operating system metrics at the virtual machine, container, and process levels. The Container Profiler supports performing time-series profiling at a configurable sampling interval to enable continuous monitoring of the resources consumed by containerized tasks and pipelines.

Using hybridized [F]-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography with cardiac magnetic resonance, we identify active myocardial inflammation and demonstrate its relationship with late gadolinium enhancement, in Fabry disease. We demonstrate that late gadolinium enhancement represents, at least in part, active myocardial inflammation and identify an early inflammatory phenotype that may represent a therapeutic window before irreversible tissue injury and adaptation occur. The Neurovisceral Integration Model posits that shared neural networks support the effective regulation of emotions and heart rate, with heart rate variability (HRV) serving as an objective, peripheral index of prefrontal inhibitory control. Prior neuroimaging studies have predominantly examined both HRV and associated neural functional connectivity at rest, as opposed to contexts that require active emotion regulation. The present study sought to extend upon previous resting-state functional connectivity findings, examining task-related HRV and corresponding amygdala functional connectivity during a cognitive reappraisal task.

Background: American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) women with estrogen receptor-positive (ER +) breast cancer have higher mortality compared to non-Hispanic whites (NHW). The purpose of this study is to compare rates of initiation of endocrine therapy (ET) between AI/AN and NHW and further determine survival outcomes for ER + breast cancer.

Methods: We used the National Cancer Database to identify patients diagnosed with ER + breast cancer, stage I-III, between 2004 and 2017.
