Background/aims: Analysis of the relationship between the estradiol blood concentration and the skin moisture, pore width, discoloration and smoothness in differently aged women on the 5th and 25th days of the menstrual cycle.

Methods: The study involved 57 women divided into 4 age groups. Measurements of skin moisture, pore width, discoloration and smoothness were performed using the Aramo SG Aram Huvis device.
