However, healthcare is changing, partly due to the general recognition that care needs to be more patient-centered and putting the patient at the center of action. DNA testing in cases of disputed paternity is a routine analysis carried out in genetic laboratories. The purpose of the test is to demonstrate similarities and differences in analyzed genetic markers between the alleged father, mother, and a child. The existence of differences in the examined loci between the child and the presumed father may indicate the exclusion of biological parenthood.

Background: As deep brain stimulation (DBS) and radiation therapy (RT) have become established treatments for movement disorders and malignancies respectively, patients being treated with both simultaneously are becoming more frequent.

Objectives: Literature regarding the safety of RT in patients with implanted DBS is scarce, and there are no clear guidelines on how to manage them.

Methods: We present a follow-up of two Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients with DBS undergoing RT in the context of previous literature.

200 g of fat in the form of greased wheat bran, was given cows during pasture feeding. For winter feeding on hay and silages the amount was 400 g of greased wheat bran or 400 g of oil in ground rapeseed per day and per animal. Influence of the fat addition on the yield and milk composition was observed in the case of pasture experiment.
