Late Miocene climate evolution provides an opportunity to assess Earth's climate sensitivity to carbon cycle perturbation under warmer-than-modern conditions. Despite its relevance for understanding the climate system, the driving mechanisms underlying profound climate and carbon cycle changes - including the enigmatic Late Miocene cooling from 7 to 5.4 million years ago - remain unclear.

Hence, extensive approaches have been proposed for antibiotic treatment in water, yielding great achievements. This review systematically summarized current knowledge from contamination characteristics to treatment strategies.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFIonic conductive hydrogels (ICHs) are emerging as key materials for advanced human-machine interactions and health monitoring systems due to their unique combination of flexibility, biocompatibility, and electrical conductivity. However, a major challenge remains in developing ICHs that simultaneously exhibit high ionic conductivity, self-healing, and strong adhesion, particularly under extreme low-temperature conditions. In this study, a novel ICH composed of sulfobetaine methacrylate, methacrylic acid, TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers, sodium alginate, and lithium chloride is presented.

Here, we prepared two chemiluminescent metal-organic frameworks (Mn-ADA and Zn-ADA) by using (2,2')-3,3'-(anthracene-9,10-diyl)diacrylic acid (ADA) as a ligand. In Mn-ADA and Zn-ADA, the Mn atoms and Zn atoms are six-coordinated and eight-coordinated, respectively, and their frameworks are different in spatial structure.

This study aims to explore the mechanism of RB-HMM drug pairs in treating liver fibrosis by using network pharmacology, bioinformatics, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation technology and in vitro experiments. Totally, 155 intersection targets between RB-HMM and liver fibrosis were identified.
