Unusual metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma to the spine: A case report.

Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common thyroid carcinoma and generally has an excellent prognosis. However, there are few cases of distant metastasis, especially to the spine, which are associated with significantly worse outcomes.
