The Association for Dressings and Sauces' (ADS) members have conducted challenge studies on salad dressing products to assess pathogen survival. Data from 79 different challenge studies provided by ADS were used in this analysis. The acid-moisture ratio, pH, incubation temperature, and ingredient details were provided for each study.

Low-dimensional hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites (HOIPs) are promising electronically active materials for light absorption and emission. The design space of HOIPs is extremely large, as a variety of organic cations can be combined with different inorganic frameworks. This not only allows for tunable electronic and mechanical properties but also necessitates the development of new tools for in silico high throughput analysis of candidate materials.

Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) is among the leading causes of graft failure in solid organ transplantation. However, AMR treatment options are limited by an incomplete understanding of the mechanisms underlying de novo donor-specific antibody (DSA) generation. The development of pathogenic isotype-switched DSA in response to transplanted allografts is typically attributed to follicular B cells undergoing germinal center reaction whereas the contribution of other B cell subsets has not been previously addressed.

Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) prevalence is rising and can lead to detrimental health outcomes such as Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), cirrhosis, and cancer. Recent studies have indicated that Cytochrome P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) is an anti-obesity CYP in humans and mice. Cyp2b-null mice are diet-induced obese, and human CYP2B6-transgenic (hCYP2B6-Tg) mice reverse the obesity or diabetes progression, but with increased liver triglyceride accumulation in association with an increase of several oxylipins.
