Therapeutic resistance in cancer is responsible for numerous cancer deaths in clinical practice. While target mutations are well recognized as the basis of genetic resistance to targeted therapy, nontarget mutation resistance (or nongenetic resistance) remains poorly characterized. Despite its complex and unintegrated mechanisms in the literature, nongenetic resistance is considered from our perspective to be a collective response of innate or acquired resistant subpopulations in heterogeneous tumors to therapy.

These vOTUs, a group of deubiquinylases (DUBs), disrupt the innate immune response. Yezo virus (YEZV), a recently discovered pathogenic orthonairovirus, was first reported in Japan in 2021.

Three main glioma cohorts (TCGA, CGGA, Rembrandt) were extracted to exploit the association between PCK2 expression and clinical relevance through Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, univariate and multivariate cox regression analysis. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect PCK2 expression in glioma samples.

Full-matrix capture (FMC) is a popular data structure for ultrasonic phased array imaging in composites. However, such structure may lead to data redundancy and noise interference.

Naoqing formula (NQ) is a traditional Chinese medicine metabolites with the clinical function of activating blood circulation, which is applied to treat IS clinically in China.
