Characterization of a top quality embryo, a step towards single-embryo transfer.

In most in-vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) programmes approximately one ongoing pregnancy in three is multiple. The need to characterize embryos with optimal implantation potential is obvious.
