Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is characterized by elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels due to genetic mutations, presenting with xanthomas, corneal arch, and severe cardiovascular diseases. Early identification, diagnosis, and treatment are crucial to prevent severe complications like acute myocardial infarction. Statins are the primary treatment, supplemented by Ezetimibe and proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 inhibitors, though their effectiveness can be limited in severe cases.

While current coronary intervention therapies and surgical bypass procedures are widely utilized, the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in the elderly continues to pose significant challenges. Following AMI, the body's immune system is activated, resulting in the release of inflammatory mediators that exacerbate myocardial damage. Interleukin 28A (IL28A) and interleukin 28B (IL28B) may play a role in immune regulation post-AMI by specifically binding to interleukin 28 receptor alpha (IL28RA).

,-Dimethylformamide (DMF) is a widely used solvent, and its green and low-carbon synthesis methods are in high demand. Herein, we report a new approach for DMF synthesis using a continuous flow reaction system with a fixed-bed reactor and a ZnO-TiO solid solution catalyst. This catalyst effectively utilizes CO, H, and dimethylamine (DMA) as feedstocks, demonstrating performance with 99% DMF selectivity and single-pass DMA conversion approaching thermodynamic equilibrium.

The combination of reversible angular dispersion-induced microbunching (ADM) and the rapid damping storage ring provides a storage-ring-based light source with the capability to produce longitudinal coherent radiation with a high repetition rate. This paper presents a prototype design for a test facility based on the study by Jiang et al. [Sci.
