Objective: To determine if student outcomes, usage, perceptions, and engagement differ between introductory nutrition courses that used an open educational resource (OER) textbook compared with a traditional textbook.
Design: Cross-sectional.
Setting: College introductory nutrition course.
The suspensor is the first differentiated structure produced during plant embryogenesis. In most angiosperms, the suspensor functions early in development to provide nutrients and growth regulators to the embryo proper. In Arabidopsis, the suspensor undergoes programmed cell death at the torpedo stage and is not present in mature seeds.

This plasmid was shown to express a fusion protein which constituted 75% of the BPV-2 L2 ORF linked to the first 13 N-terminal amino acids of the lambda cll gene product. Antisera generated against this fusion protein were used to identify the L2 gene product as a 64,000-Da protein in BPV-2 virions.

A cell culture-derived inoculum of strain HAS-15 was used at a multiplicity of infection of 80 radioimmunofocus-forming units per cell, and a one-step growth curve was determined. Both intracellular production and supernatant release of infectious virions were evaluated.

The complete nucleotide sequence of the region was determined and revealed two large open reading frames. The DNA sequence results and the predicted amino acid sequence of putative polypeptides encoded by this region are presented.
