We present a case of malignant melanoma arising in a pacient we postulate as a "nevus dysplasia" syndrome carrier. A revision is realized about the subject emphasithing the importance in the recognition and correct valuation of the entity, that is essential for the malignant melanoma prophylaxis.

Sixteen human cases of Fasciola hepatica infection are described. The liver was involved in 13 cases, the gall bladder in 9 cases and the stomach in 2 cases. Lesions containing parasitic remnants or fluke eggs were rarely seen.
