There has been an influx of new educational resources for atopic dermatitis (AD) patients in recent years. The two primary organizations in the United States offering educational materials, online resources, and other forms of support include the National Eczema Association (NEA) and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). Educational workshops and interventions have emerged as tools that can deliver comprehensive information on AD, such as symptoms, treatments, and disease management.

Aim: To compare safety and efficacy of tumor necrosis factor α antagonist (anti-TNF) or vedolizumab (VDZ) in patients with IBD >60 years of age.
Methods: This retrospective study included patients with Crohn's disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC) initiating anti-TNF or VDZ therapy ≥60 years of age at three study sites.
Introduction: Frontline health care professionals in Hong Kong may encounter high refusal rates for the Hospital Authority's Smoking Counselling and Cessation Programme (SCCP) when smokers know it is subject to a service charge. We compared SCCP booking and attendance rates among smokers with or without a financial incentive.
Methods: In this multicentre non-randomised cluster-controlled trial, adult smokers who attended one of six general out-patient clinics between November 2015 and April 2016 were invited to join an SCCP.
Atopic dermatitis is a skin condition that is increasing burdensome to patient's lives. Patients require effective strategies to cope with the condition as well as the vast amount of new research that is coming to the forefront.
