This was a retrospective cross-sectional observational study that was done in the Department of General Medicine, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Dr S N Medical College, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).

Background: Facial nerve injury (FNI) and unesthetic scar are distressing complications of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery. Insufficient evidence on whether a modified endaural incision can reduce FNI and serve as an aesthetic alternative is a concern.

Hypercalcemia of Malignancy is a complicated condition often linked to parathyroid hormone, parathyroid hormone-related peptide, or bone metastasis. This report presents a unique case of calcitriol-mediated hypercalcemia in an 89-year-old female with primary pancreatic lymphoma, highlighting the rarity and complexity of this presentation. Initially, the patient's condition was thought to be related to sarcoidosis, but the recurrence of hypercalcemia led to the discovery of pancreatic B-cell lymphoma as the underlying cause.

In this review, I take the first-person perspective of a neuroscientist interested in Toxoplasma gondii (Nicolle et Manceaux, 1908). I reflect on the value of behavioural manipulation as a perturbation tool to understand the organisation of behaviour within the brain. While various etiologies can lead to changes in RV structure and function, sudden changes in RV afterload can cause acute RV failure which is associated with high mortality.

Comparative evaluation of microhardness of three restorative materials after immersion in chlorhexidine mouthwash: An study.

Aim: To evaluate and compare the microhardness of Filtek Z250XT, Beautifil II, and Neo Spectra ST HV after immersion in chlorhexidine mouthwash.

Materials And Methods: Thirty disc specimens (10 for each group) made of three different restorative materials, Group 1 - Filtek (3M ESPE), Group 2 - Beautifil II (Shofu), and Group 3 - Neo Spectra ST HV (Dentsply). To simulate 1 year of daily mouthwash use, 10 specimens from each group were immersed in chlorhexidine, kept in an incubator at 37°C for 12 h, and later subjected to microhardness measurement using Vicker's hardness test.
