As many available disease-modifying treatments (DMTs) have shown an effect on slowing BVL, this is becoming an emerging clinical endpoint in RMS clinical trials.
Methods: In this study, a systematic literature review was conducted to identify BVL results from randomized controlled trials of DMTs in RMS.
We studied a community cluster of 25 mpox cases in Vietnam caused by emerging monkeypox virus sublineage C.1 and imported into Vietnam through 2 independent events; 1 major cluster carried a novel APOBEC3-like mutation. Three patients died; all had advanced HIV co-infection.

Digital platforms integrated into clinical workflows have demonstrated success in improving patient outcomes in COPD, but few studies have explored the impact of an integrated digital and clinical approach on drivers of direct health care costs (COPD-related prescriptions, emergency department [ED] visits, and hospitalizations) in a real-world setting.
Methods: We conducted a 6-month retrospective matched control analysis to assess the impact of a digital quality improvement (QI) program delivered by clinical pharmacists on health care resource utilization among people living with COPD.

Among the list, limited access to laboratory-based training for undergraduate students prevented this cohort from gaining exposure to the realities of a research laboratory at a critical time in training when they may have found motivation in this area as a career. COVID exposed a weakness in our training pipeline; an extreme dependency on face-to-face training that threatened to create a void in the research talent needed to replenish the scientific community every year.

Methods: We evaluated food environment by geospatial mapping of food outlets through a transect walk across the "food ecosystem" from rural to urban areas.
