In addressing the intricate challenges of enterocutaneous fistula (ECF) treatment, such as internal bleeding, effluent leakage, inflammation, and infection, our research is dedicated to introducing a regenerative adhesive hydrogel that can seal and expedite the healing process. A double syringe setup was utilized, with dopagelatin and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in one syringe and Laponite and sodium periodate in another. The hydrogel begins to cross-link immediately after passing through a mixing tip and exhibits tissue adhesive properties.

While allografts and xenografts offer alternatives, they come with the risk of rejection. This underscores the pressing need for tailor-made artificial bone graft materials.

They provide a more physiologically relevant model for drug discovery and development compared to traditional cell lines. However, several challenges remain to be addressed to fully realize the potential of PDOs in therapeutic screening.

With their potential for personalized therapeutic interventions and high-throughput drug screening, organoids have gained significant attention recently. In this review, we discuss the latest developments in engineering organoids and using materials engineering, biochemical modifications, and advanced manufacturing technologies to improve organoid culture and replicate vital anatomical structures and functions of human tissues.

The rate of label incorporation into the outer membranes fraction was decreased in all the age groups studied, whereas incorporation of the label into the fraction of inner membranes was increased in myocardium of 1 month old rats and decreased in other age groups. Proteins of mitochondrial inner membrane were fractionated by means of electrophoresis in 10% polyacrylamide gel.

Distribution of [45Ca]CaCl2 in the mitochondria and reticulum (SR) of heart and brain mitochondria and changes of Ca-binding proteins in these organelles under NC influence have been studied in the myocardium before and after isoproterenol-induced necrosis. Intraperitoneal administration of 80-100 mU of PDE inhibitory activity of NC to rats did not cause any noticeable changes in the protein content of intracellular organelles, but altered the affinity of certain proteins to 45Ca2+.

It was concluded that morphometric features of an intact part of the pancreas were not significantly changed with the use of tageflar. The intensity of 14C-leucine inclusion in the proteins of an intact part of the pancreas was strongly suppressed and the cytoplasm of exocrine pancreocytes was overloaded with zymogen granules.

Proteins of inner mitochondrial membranes of the albino rat myocardium during postnatal development of 1, 3 and 6 months old animals were electrophoretically separated in 10% polyacrylamide gel. The rate of 14C-amino acids incorporation into examined proteins was determined in vitro. Specific radioactivity of the total mitochondrial fraction decreased in the course of the postnatal development.
