Although there is currently sufficient information on various parameters of capillary blood flow, including the average values of blood velocity, there is no data on the dynamics of velocity and the mechanisms of its modulation in various parts of the capillary. The main idea of this work is to develop a tool and image data processing to study the characteristics of the capillary blood flow dynamics. In this study, using the developed method of high-speed videocapillaroscopy, the red blood cells (RBC) velocities in the arterial and venous parts of the nailfold capillaries were compared and a time-frequency analysis of the dynamics of the velocity signals with the calculation of phase coherence was performed.

Large black holes merge with the Reissner-Nordström (RN) family, while the small ones are extremal and support a hair in the form of a ring-shaped electroweak condensate carrying superconducting W currents and up to 22% of the total magnetic charge. The extremal solutions are asymptotically RN with a mass below the total charge, M<|Q|, due to the negative Zeeman energy of the condensate interacting with the black hole magnetic field.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The research involved 131 instructor-officers with different teaching experiences. Three groups of instructor-officers were formed: Group 1 - instructors with up to 10 years of teaching experience (n = 30), Group 2 - instructors with 10 to 20 years of experience (n = 47), Group 3 - instructors with more than 20 years of experience (n = 54).
The work considers a theranostic system that implements a multimodal approach allowing the simultaneous generation of singlet oxygen and visualization of the various parameters of the vascular bed. The system, together with the developed data processing algorithm, has the ability to assess architectural changes in the vascular network and its blood supply, as well as to identify periodic signal changes associated with mechanisms of blood flow oscillation of various natures. The use of this system seems promising in studying the effect of laser-induced singlet oxygen on the state of the vascular bed, as well as within the framework of the theranostic concept of treatment and diagnosis of oncological diseases and non-oncological vascular anomalies.
