Background: Body motion-activated video games are a promising strategy for promoting engagement in and adherence to addiction treatment among youth.
Objective: This pilot randomized trial (N=80) investigated the feasibility of a body motion-activated video game prototype, Recovery Warrior 2.0, targeting relapse prevention in the context of a community inpatient care program for youth.
We report a clinical strain of , PIMB10EC27, isolated in Vietnam in 2010 that was resistant to 21 of 26 tested antibiotics, including carbapenems (MICs >64 µg/mL) and colistin (MIC >128 µg/mL). The complete genome of strain PIMB10EC27 was sequenced by PacBio RSII and the Illumina Miseq system. Whole-genome analysis revealed that PIMB10EC27 contains a chromosome of the ST513 group (PIMBEC27, length 5,272,177 bp) and two plasmids, pEC27-1 of the IncX3 group (length 62,470 bp) and pEC27-2 of the IncHI1 group (length 84,602 bp).

Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia have reported first cases of Zika virus (ZIKV) infection since 2010 (Cambodia) and 2016 (Vietnam and Laos). One case of ZIKV-related microcephaly was recognized among a hundred infected cases in these areas, raising a great concern about the health risk related to this virus infection. At least 5 cases of ZIKV infection among travelers to Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia were recorded.

Methods: We identified patients at our institution who underwent PCNU tube placement from August 2011 to October 2017 for management of gross hematuria who had previously failed management with manual irrigation, continuous bladder irrigation, and cystoscopy with clot evacuation. The primary outcome measured was cessation of bleeding obviating the need for further blood transfusion in a 30 day follow-up period.

For different calcination temperatures, the tin-doped indium oxide nanoparticles (ITO NPs) were synthesized successfully by a nonaqueous sol-gel method with indium acetylacetonate and tin bis(acetylacetonate) dichloride in oleylamine as the precursors. The ITO sample that calcinated at 500 °C exhibited a spherical morphology with a narrow range of the particle size distribution (15-20 nm).

Combined with other approaches, such as clean water, better hygiene, and health education, vaccination contributed to prevent millions of cases of deaths among children under 5 years of age.
