The relevance of the study of neuromuscular dysfunction's causes and mechanisms is undeniable, considering the large number of nosologies accompanied by malfunction of muscles. Adequate diagnosis and correction of these disorders is impossible without understanding of their pathogenetic mechanisms. Currently, manual muscle testing (MMT) is a widespread technique.

Conformational changes in DNA and protein biomolecules were studied in ischemic stroke (IS) cases varying severity by Raman spectroscopy. The conformational structure of hematoporphyrin was found to change in IS patients, leading to a higher (I/I)/(I/I) ratio (hemoglobin affinity of for ligands) and an increase in I/I (a change in pyrrole conformation). Changes in genomic DNA spectra were observed at frequencies caused by stretching vibrations of primary amines (3400 cm), secondary amines and hydroxyls involved in hydrogen bonding (3100 cm), and CH groups of sugar phosphates (2900 cm) and vibrations of vibrational bonds between nitrogenous bases and sugars (1400 cm).

Objective: To study the features of the development of endogenous intoxication in association with damage to the organs of the detoxification system, the severity of catabolic processes associated with the activity of peroxidation of membrane lipids and phospholipases in various urgent pathology of the abdomen, on the basis of which to develop a new pathogenetically based approach to the prevention of the progression of surgical endotoxicosis.

Material And Methods: . The studies were conducted in 162 patients with acute urgent pathology (seven groups) with predominant aseptic inflammation (acute severe pancreatitis, acute intestinal obstruction, acute catarrhal cholecystitis) and pronounced purulent-necrotic phenomena (acute peritonitis, acute destructive cholecystitis with empyema of the gallbladder).

Recently, remarkable advances have been achieved in the molecular biopathology field and researchers turned to evaluate the role, molecular mechanisms, and clinical value of transcription factors in curing a variety of parenchymal degenerative pathologies. Special agents have the capability to cell lineage reprogramming termed transcription factors with a capacity for gene expression modification. Therefore, whatever niche factor may modify gene expression is termed as a transcription factor.

Significant metabolic alterations in the liver were observed in dogs with modeled acute peritonitis. These changes significantly impaired detoxification function of the liver, which was seen from the increase in the titer of toxic products in the early post-surgery period not only in the lymph, but also in the blood plasma. The key pathogenic mechanism leading to acute liver failure is destabilization of cell membrane resulting from LPO, phospholipase activity, and tissue hypoxia.

An increase in the proliferative activity of a shoot apical meristem (SAM) and the further accumulation of a pool of undifferentiated cells (fasciation) results in phyllotaxis changes. In the case of Arabidopsis thaliana, a typical spiral leaf arrangement is replaced by an opposite or verticillate one (depending on the level of a fasciation manifestation). Pistil development in mutant plants is accompanied by the appearance of a group of undifferentiated meristematic cells in its central part.

In surgical endointoxication hemoglobin oxygen transport capacity of red blood cells (hemoglobin affinity ligands: the ability to bind and release ligands) is reduced and is associated with the severity of endogenous intoxication. Violation of oxygen transport function of hemoglobin at endogenous intoxication is associated with conformational changes of a biomolecule, and its possible influence on reactive oxygen species, which confirmed in experiments in vitro: under the influence of oxygen-iron ascorbate ability of hemoglobin deteriorates. Largely similar structural and functional changes in hemoglobin occur in patients with surgical endotoxicosis.
