In this study, we characterized recombinant hemagglutinin (HA) of influenza A (H5N8) virus produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO-K1s). Immunochemical analysis showed that the recombinant hemagglutinin was recognized by the serum of ferrets infected with influenza A (H5N8) virus, indicating that its antigenic properties were retained. Two groups of Balb/c mice were immunized with intramuscular injection of recombinant hemagglutinin or propiolactone inactivated A/Astrakhan/3212/2020 (H5N8) influenza virus.

Cladding of the obtained mechanocomposites was carried out with an SiO target, with a deposition time of 40 min. The high-temperature synthesis was performed using the thermal explosion method based on a microwave induction heater in the in situ mode on an experimental setup adapted to synchrotron radiation time-resolved diffractometry.

The data cover the period 1890-2018, with 96% of the data being from 1960 onwards. The database is rich in plants, birds and climatic events, but also includes insects, amphibians, reptiles and fungi.

In situ high-temperature synthesis was carried out on the created experimental complex adapted for synchrotron X-ray diffraction methods. The sequence of formation and time-temperature interval of the metastable and main phases were determined.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAn in situ synchrotron study of the specific features of the phase formation dynamics in mechanically activated 16 wt% Al + Ti powder composition is described, the high-temperature synthesis being carried out under the condition of high volume inflammation by means of inductive heating. The kinetics of the phase formation were registered with an experimental complex, especially designed, constructed and adjusted for the method of dynamic diffraction analysis in synchrotron radiation beams. It has been experimentally in situ shown that increasing the time of mechanical activation of the initial powder mixture reduces the temperature at which components start to react and the time of realization of the high-temperature synthesis.

It occupies almost the entire Northern Eurasia and includes four viviparous and two oviparous lineages. We analysed how female snout-vent length (SVL), clutch size (CS), hatchling mass (HM), and relative clutch mass (RCM) is associated with the reproductive mode and climate throughout the species range and across the evolutionary lineages within .
