Enterobius vermicularis also known commonly as pinworm is the most common intestinal parasite. It is a nematode that inhabits the human terminal ileum, colon and appendix. The fertilized female migrates to the perianal area where eggs are deposited but occasionally introduces itself into adjacent orifices, most commonly the female genitourinary tract.

The nerve roots of the sacral plexus are fascinating and critical in the functions of defecation, micturition, parturition, and even participate in the mechanism of male sexual functions of erection and ejaculation. During our routine cadaveric dissection of the right gluteal region of a 45-year-old male cadaver, we came across an unusual origin of the dorsal nerve of the penis (DNP) and abnormal formation of the pudendal nerve. The clinical aspects of the particular variations are discussed.

An unusual case of endodermal sinus tumor (EST) of the ovary at an extragonadal site-vulva, in an unmarried female of 25 yr is reported. The patient presented only with a vulval swelling on the right side without any other signs or symptoms. The internal genital organs mainly the ovaries were normal.
