Introduction: Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) occurs in 1/2500 new-borns. Morgagni hernia (MH) is a very rare type of congenital diaphragmatic hernia found in the anterior aspect of the diaphragm between the costal and sternal portions of the muscle. We present the case of a 64-year-old male with a 3-month history of a mass involving the distal portion of the fifth finger on the left hand which was histologically confirmed as digital papillary adenocarcinoma. Although the tumor is low grade, the chances of recurrence and metastasis are high.

Purpose: In high-income countries the presentation and treatment of intussusception is relatively rapid, and most cases are correctable with radiographically-guided reduction.
