Objectives: While Colombians gained broad legal access to abortion in 2022, people still lack knowledge about its availability and face variable quality of care at health facilities. This study sought to understand whether online sellers provide the instructions and medication dosages necessary for effective medication abortions.
Design: The study design involved mystery clients contacting sellers identified across websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) to purchase abortion pills.
Objective: To analyze the spiritual well-being of nursing professionals with work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
Method: Cross-sectional observational study, carried out with nursing professionals from a public university hospital in Bahia, Brazil, from March to June 2023. Data was collected in a face-to-face interview in which sociodemographic, clinical and occupational data were extracted, in addition to the Spiritual Well-Being Scale application.
A theoretical-experimental approach is proposed to convert the photoluminescence spectra of colloidal perovskite quantum dot ensembles into accurate estimates for their intrinsic particle size distribution functions. Two main problems were addressed and properly correlated: the size dependence of the first excitonic transition in a single cube-shaped quantum dot and the inhomogeneous broadening of the fluorescence line shape due to the size nonuniformity of the chemically prepared quantum dot suspension in addition to the single-dot homogeneous broadening. By applying the reported methodology to CsPbBr3 quantum dot samples belonging to the strong and intermediate confinement regimes, the calculated size distributions exhibited close agreement with those obtained from transmission electron microscopy, with precise estimates for the average particle size and standard deviation.

Based on 985 underwater visual censuses, we estimated the long-snouted seahorse (Hippocampus guttulatus Cuvier, 1829) population size in the Mar Menor lagoon and its reduction in size in the last decades, as well as the effect of eutrophication crises in 2016 and 2019 on the species. The annual recruitment for the 2013-2020 period was estimated by comparing the relative abundance of early seahorse life stages in the ichthyoplankton.

By doing so, we also evaluated advantages of this IOP-measuring method in this population when compared to more traditional methods.
Methods: We conducted a single-center prospective study that included premature infants (gestational age 32 weeks) who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Hospital Professor Doutor Fernando Fonseca.
Objective: Explore the use of two abortion care models in Argentina over the period 2016-2019: pro-rights private medical service providers and abortion accompaniment (via self-management and via health institutions); and compare the profile of who accesses these models and when.
Methods: We used data from accompaniment collectives in the Socorristas en Red and private service providers. We estimated annual abortion rates via these service models and compared the profile of the populations by type of service and gestational age (2019) using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests.
Purpose: In this review we present the status of the prevalence of bacteria resistant to antibiotics and the main antibiotic resistance genes that are reported in infections acquired in intensive care units (ICU) around the world.
Methods: A systematic review based on the PRISMA guide was carried out, from the Science Direct, Redalyc, Scopus, Hinari, Scielo, Dialnet, PLOS, ProQuest, Taylor, Lilacs and PubMed/Medline databases. Inclusion criteria of this review were original research study published in a scientific journal in a 10-year time span from 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2022.

In the experimental background, the ground-state absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of chemically prepared QDs are monitored over an excitation time at distinct laser irradiances.
