[Late results of the resection of the ileocecal angle].

The results of the treatment of 40 cases operated upon for various ileocecal angle pathology are stated. The immediate and late results have been traced. The clinical observation and experimental data have shown the direct correlation between gastrointestinal functional shifts following the ileocecal angle resection and the length of resected segment.
