A Deep Learning-based system analyzes human DNA sequences to predict HD by employing a Deep Neural Network (DNN) and other classifiers to determine DNA impact from HD.
The research utilizes Chaos Game Representation for numerical DNA conversion, extracting key features for classification, with findings indicating DNN, Neural Network, SVM, and Random Forest achieving 100% accuracy, while Classification Tree with Forward Pruning reached 87%.
