Cannula stabilization for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is important for patient mobilization and rehabilitation. Limitations to mobilization on ECMO include staff discomfort and cannula instability. We utilized the technique of negative pressure therapy for ECMO cannula stabilization to improve mobilization.
