Clopidogrel is a thienopyridine derivative antiplatelet compound. The antiplatelet effects of clopidogrel originate through noncompetitive antagonism of the platelet ADP receptor, P2Y12, resulting in inhibition of platelet activation. Clopidogrel is now widely used in acute coronary syndromes and after percutaneous coronary interventions to reduce the risk of subsequent cardiovascular events.

We report a case of a 26-year-old female, who presented at 34 weeks of an uncomplicated pregnancy with an acute ST elevation anterior wall myocardial infarction. Cardiac catheterization suggested a left main coronary artery dissection with pseudoaneurysm formation. The patient's course was complicated by congestive heart failure.

Background And Purpose: Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (RBD) has a known association with other medical conditions, including narcolepsy and neurodegenerative diseases such as synuclienopathies. RBD is currently treated with clonazepam as a first-line therapy. Recent research suggests that the pathophysiology underlying RBD may involve a dopaminergic deficiency, given its association with Parkinson syndromes and restless legs syndrome (RLS).
