Background: The goal of this study was to calculate the sensitivity and false negative (FN) rate of ThinPrep Pap Test (TPPT) and carefully analyze missed cases for educational purposes.

Materials And Methods: Patients with histologically proven adenocarcinoma (AIS) or invasive endocervical adenocarcinoma (EAC) over a 17-year-period (1998-2015) were identified. The TPPT immediately preceding the histological diagnosis of AIS/ECA was designated as index Pap (IP).

Objective: To compare the clinical outcomes of endometrial cancer staging procedures performed by a single surgeon utilizing traditional and robotic-assisted laparoscopic techniques.

Study Design: A retrospective review of minimally invasive endometrial cancer staging performed by a single surgeon.

Results: There were no significant differences in operative time, blood loss, surgical complications, or length of hospitalization between laparoscopic (n = 45) and robotic-assisted (n = 77) procedures.

Aim: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a pathogenic factor of squamous cell carcinoma in various mucosal locations, including anal carcinoma (ACA). It is also known that patients positive for HIV are at high risk of ACA. The goal of this study was to examine clinical outcome in ACA in relation to HPV/p16 positivity, histologic tumor differentiation, and HIV status.
