Introduction: The zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fractures are the second most common fractures affecting the midfacial skeleton. Aim Trigeminocardiac reflex (TCR) manifests as typical hemodynamic perturbations including a sudden lowering of heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure (MABP), cardiac arrhythmias, and asystole.
