For example, tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy for chronic myeloid leukaemia patients (CML) is often delayed. In Bosnia, 16% of patients received immediate TKI treatment (<3 months of diagnosis), while 66% of patients received therapy after a median 14-month wait period.

The modern treatment of the myeloproliferative disease is based on knowledge about pathogenic tumour's growing up and basically the treatment is based on the use of cytoxic therapy. The mix of cytotoxic is bringing up to the reducing of disease at the some percentages. Related the above disease in practice interferons showed themselves quite efficiently and in practice of allogenic transplantation of marrow bone is gave and a possibility of recovery of the chronic myeloid leukemia.
