Analytical method development and validation for simultaneous estimation of Bempedoic acid and Ezetimibe in pure and its pharmaceutical dosage form by RP-HPLC.

A simple, accurate and precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the bempedoic acid and ezetimibe in pure and tablet dosage form. The developed method was validated as per International Conference on Harmonization guidelines. The chromatographic separation was achieved isocratically on a Waters- C, 250 × 4.
