Aggressive Digital Papillary Adenocarcinoma-A rare Entity Posing a Diagnostic Challenge.

Aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma (ADPCA) is rare tumor of the sweat glands, which is characterised by lesions on the fingers, toes and the digits. The lesion is serious but often overlooked because it is confused clinically with benign and non-tumorous entities. In this paper, we present an interesting case of ADPCA in a 40-year-old lady, suspected clinically as pyogenic granuloma, with the initial excision biopsy indicating a malignant tumor in the sweat gland.
