Overview: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder that is common in individuals over the age of 50 years, affecting about 1% of the population. Nonmotor symptoms (NMS) are a common occurrence in PD, but they are often ignored by motor symptoms. Studies have shown that NMS in PD show a significant impact on quality of life.

Feasibility of a nurse-led, mHealth-assisted, and team-based collaborative care model for heart failure care in India: Findings from a multi-stakeholder qualitative study.

Background: Heart failure (HF) management is often challenging due to poor adherence to GDMT and self-care. Continuous monitoring of patients by a dedicated care manager may enhance adherence to self-care and treatment and prevent hospitalisations. For the adoption and acceptance of a collaborative care model (CCM) for HF management in Indian settings, understanding the perspectives of all stakeholders regarding its various components and feasibility is needed.

Aim Of The Study: To study the clinical profile, etiology, and imaging features of subjects presenting with cerebral sinus venous thrombosis (CVST) and to correlate the clinical findings with radiological findings.

Here, we determined the azole susceptibility profiles of black Aspergillus species isolated from the Indian environment and explored the potential resistance mechanisms through cyp51A gene sequencing, protein homology modeling, and expression analysis of selected genes cyp51A, cyp51B, mdr1, and mfs based on their role in imparting resistance against antifungal drugs.

Extracranial meningiomas are extremely rare (2%) and can develop as a direct extension from a primary intracranial meningioma or as a true primary extracranial meningioma originating from ectopic arachnoid cells. We report an extremely unusual case of a 61-year-old woman who was diagnosed with pelvic meningioma with the help of PET/CT and PET/CT-guided biopsy.

Two cases are reported in this study having primary IFHL out of total of 500 cases of CHL reported at our center. Diagnosis of IFHL was made on the basis of morphological and immunohistochemical features.
