Primary intracranial benign fibrous histiocytoma: report of an unusual case.

Benign fibrous histiocytomas (BFH) are neoplasms of the soft tissue and bone composed of fibroblastic and histiocytic components without any nuclear pleomorphism or histological anapalsia. Primary intracranial fibrous histiocytomas are rare entities. In comparison with the malignant counterpart, BFH are more uncommon.
