Background: Ablation zone segmentation in contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) images enables the quantitative assessment of treatment success in the ablation of liver lesions. However, fully automatic liver ablation zone segmentation in CT images still remains challenging, such as low accuracy and time-consuming manual refinement of the incorrect regions.
Purpose: Therefore, in this study, we developed a semi-automatic technique to address the remaining drawbacks and improve the accuracy of the liver ablation zone segmentation in the CT images.
The ideal combination regimen for (HP) eradication has not yet been determined and the success rate of HP eradication has been extensively reduced worldwide due to increasing antibiotic resistance. So this multinational multi-center randomized controlled trial was designed to evaluate the efficacy of tetracycline +levofloxacin for HP eradication. During a 6-month period, all of the cases with HP infection in eight referral tertiary centers of three countries were included and randomly allocated to receive either tetracycline + levofloxacin or clarithromycin plus amoxicillin quadruple regimen for two weeks.

We performed a systematic review with temporal analysis of hospitalization rates for IBD across the world in the 21st century.
Methods: We systematically reviewed Medline and Embase for population-based studies reporting hospitalization rates for IBD, Crohn's disease (CD), or ulcerative colitis (UC) in the 21st century.
Purpose: Using psychobiotics to modify the gut microbiome has been shown to improve the anxiety and depression situation of patients with chronic gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms. This study evaluated changes in depression, anxiety, GI symptomss and side effects when patients used a multispecies probiotics product.
Patients And Methods: A single-center uncontrolled trial was conducted in patients with chronic GI symptoms, anxiety and depression who used a multispecies probiotics product.
