[Trousseaus sign with main d'acoucheur caused by hyperventilation].

Trousseaus sign and "main d'acoucheur" is a clinical sign of increased neuromuscular sensitivity and can be seen in patients with hypocalcaemia. The fingers gather in a pyramid and the wrist if flexed. We report three different cases with hyperventilation as the apparent reason for main d'acoucheur.
