To present clinical outcomes of the prospective implementation of the 2015 American Thyroid Association (ATA) guidelines for the management of thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) using the modified ATA recurrence risk (RR) stratification system. We prospectively analyzed 612 patients with DTC treated between April 2017 and December 2021 in Calgary, Alberta.
