These high-end machines require significant space and specialist personnel for operation and offer exceptional quality in the acquisition, processing, and other advanced functions associated with detected signals. However, alternative devices are low-field nuclear magnetic resonance devices.

Background: The Atasoy, or Kleinert flap, is well-known to hand surgeons. This triangular volar V-Y flap is frequently used for reconstruction of fingertip amputations with exposed bone. It is indicated in transverse amputations or in dorsal oblique amputations, providing replacement of an area of skin and subcutaneous tissues with sensibility.

Partial gastric resection by surgical stapler.

This technique of gastric resection is easily applied and is useful for benign lesions or complicated lesions in poor risk patients. For lesions of the fundus, it may obviate an esophagogastric anastomosis. To our knowledge, the procedure has not been described in gastric resection.
