Purpose: The Core Set for Vocational Rehabilitation (CS-VR), a checklist based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), captures the work functioning of individuals requiring VR. By listening to cancer survivors' experiences and stakeholders' perspectives, the CS-VR-Onco of 85 ICF-based categories was obtained. The aim of this study was to assess the concurrent validity of the CS-VR-Onco by measuring this tool's ability to detect differences among cancer survivors in terms of perceived return to work (RTW)-related difficulties.

The present work describes the cumulative coverage curves by country of birth, sex, age, and area of residence of the adult population residing in the province of Reggio Emilia (Emilia-Romagna Region, Northern Italy).The analyses are stratified by country of birth into HDC (Highly Developed Country), mostly Italians, and HMPC (Highly Migration Pressure Country), as a proxy of migrant status, excluding deaths. Phthalates, such as di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di-isopentyl phthalate (DiPeP), are pollutants with a high potential for endocrine disruption. Treatment planning in magnetic hyperthermia requires a thorough knowledge of specific loss power of magnetic nanoparticles as a function of size and excitation conditions. Moreover, in biological tissues the magnetic nanoparticles can aggregate into clusters, making the evaluation of their heating performance more challenging because of the magnetostatic dipole-dipole interactions. Magnetic oxygen-loaded nanodroplets (MOLNDs) are a promising class of nanomaterials dually sensitive to ultrasound and magnetic fields, which can be employed as nanovectors for drug delivery applications, particularly in the field of hypoxic tissue treatment. Previous investigations were primarily focused on the application of these hybrid systems for hyperthermia treatment, exploiting magnetic nanoparticles for heat generation and nanodroplets as carriers and ultrasound contrast agents for treatment progress monitoring. This work places its emphasis on the prospect of obtaining an oxygen delivery system that can be activated by both ultrasound and magnetic fields.

The purpose of this study was to estimate the temporal variability of CO emission (FCO) from O influx into the soil (FO) in a reforested area with native vegetation in the Brazilian Cerrado, as well as to understand the dynamics of soil respiration in this ecosystem. The database is composed of soil respiration data, agroclimatic variables, improved vegetation index (EVI), and soil attributes used to train machine learning algorithms: artificial neural network (ANN) and an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS).
